  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. Name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification must be provided within 48 hours of booking or GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 5th floor of the building. An elevator is available onsite.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically between the early spring months and the end of October, from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
  • For this season, the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
  • Luggage holding service: Complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. Subject to availability, Monday - Sunday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
  • Kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided: Kitchen set includes 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. Each full bathroom includes 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, and 1 liner for trash can. Two rolls of paper towels per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are also provided.
